Certainly! You can contact them by visiting our “Meet the Artist” section and clicking on their profile. At the artist’s discretion, there may be contact information and/or a biography available for you to view.
You are not permitted to download images. Our art gallery images are only available to purchase in print.
If you want to license an artist’s image from PlasticPrintPro’s Art Gallery please contact the artist directly.
PSD, TIFF, JPEG, SVG and PNG file formats work best for printing. Please format your file to one of these or if you need to send alternative files (Adobe .ai, .psd, .eps, etc.) please contact us.
Open your file in a photo editor on your computer and look in the file properties for the resolution or DPI value.
Don't worry about PPI (pixels per inch) or DPI (dots per inch). The most important element is the actual size of your image in pixels (e.g. 5,000 pixels x 4,000 pixels). For additional information and techniques, click here.
If your artwork is not digital, you will want to photograph your work at the largest pixel size possible and you will want to capture your images with the highest resolution camera that you have access to.
If you photograph the work yourself we recommend hanging your artwork outside on a cloudy day or photographing it in a studio with lights on the left and right sides angled at 45 degrees on your work. If you are not sure how best to proceed, you may be able to find a professional photographer in your area to work with.
In order to get an idea of the resolution and clarity of your final printed image, please review the resolution/sizing chart below and also located within the PlasticPrintPro Design Editor. After you have high resolution digital copies of your work you can upload them to the PlasticPrintPro Design Editor and place them in the sizing tool.
There are many online tutorials explaining pixels, resolution, and the resizing of your images. Simply put, the larger the pixel size of your image the better for upscaling the size. If your original image is small, say 100 x 100 pixels, increasing the size to 1,000 x 1,000 will produce a blurry, pixelated, and unusable print. You need to start with the largest image possible.

Please contact us for assistance regarding any problems with the editor or website.
We require PSD, Tiff, JPEG, SVG and PNG file formats for printing. If you sent another file type, save your files to one of those required or contact us for assistance.
Because of file transfers and editing, we prefer that all orders be placed online through our website. If you have any questions about placing an order, you can contact us.
Currently, PlasticPrintPro does not offer site-wide coupons or discount codes. If you would like to inquire about a volume discount please contact us.
Not at this time. However, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Unfortunately, when a credit card gets declined, we are not told why. If payment was declined, please check that all your credit card information is correct, and try submitting your order again. Check the card number, billing address, CVC number (i.e. the number on the back of the card; Dis, M/C, and Visa have three digit codes, AMEX has a four digit code on the front) for any errors. If your card is declined a second time, you may need to contact your bank for help.
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you have specific questions or instructions you can contact us.
The average time for production to shipping is 5 days.
Once your order ships you will receive by email a tracking number so you can follow the shipment and its expected delivery date.
We try our best to make sure your order is securely packaged so that it arrives in perfect condition. Sometimes damage occurs in transit that is beyond our control. Whenever possible, inspect all packages for damage before accepting delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contents and then contact us.
Colors appear brighter and fuller on your device screen because your screen has what is known as a "backlight". Therefore, the color tends to appear slightly muted when we print compared to what you may see on your screen. Please contact us if you have any additional questions.
We warranty our work against defects and poor workmanship for 14 days from delivery. Please check for damage upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contents and contact us with the details. Depending on our judgement we will refund the order or replace the work. We may remanufacture a new piece at no additional cost to you and if you return the damaged item we may pay for the return shipping, or refund your payment in full, at our discretion. In addition, colors of images on a device may not exactly match the colors of a print and this could be due to a variety of factors. We strive
to maintain and calibrate our printers to the highest standards but cannot guarantee exact color matching between the work and your device. If you’re not satisfied with the color rendering, print resolution, or other details of your print please contact us so we may attempt to resolve the issue.
Yes! Our high-quality print materials provide protection so your artwork can be placed inside or outside. However, not all of our standoffs are designed for outdoor use. Please check our mounting instructions to see which standoffs are designed for outdoor use. Also, we do not recommend hanging the prints in direct sunlight or where they might be exposed to rain.

No, artists maintain all ownership and copyright privileges for their artwork. Artists are free to sell their work anywhere.
At PlasticPrintPro we don’t have any recommended pricing for your work, it is completely up to you! After registering as an artist on PlasticPrintPro, you will be able to upload your artwork. On the upload page, you will be able to enter all the details for your artwork, including the specific price for your work. You can charge as much or as little as you would like. We do, however, recommend that you keep your pricing competitive with the other artists who use our site as well as artists on other sites and markets.
PlasticPrintPro adds on the costs of the materials, production, credit card fees, shipping, handling and sales tax to the price the artist sets for their work. The total of all these costs become the final buyers price. For example, if an artist sells a piece for $50.00 and the material is $10.00, the production cost is $20.00, the credit card fee is $4.00, and the shipping and handling is $16.00, the total cost to the buyer is $100.00. Upon completion of a sale PlasticPrintPro will notify the Artist/Seller regarding the sale and will process payments during the first week of each month. PlasticPrintPro operates on a 30 Day Payment cycle.
Registering an account is quick and easy. Just click on “Register” on the top of any page. On the register page, click the “User” tab. There you will see the user registration form. Please note you will need an Access Code to register as artist.
To participate as a PlasticPrintPro Artist in our gallery, please contact us with a link to your work and a brief biography about yourself. In order to market the PlasticPrintPro Artists effectively we need to keep our membership exclusive. If we don’t respond to your request it’s not because we don’t like your work, it’s simply that we may already have a large volume of participants on our platform.
